1993 Chrysler Imperial Owners Manual – The most magnificent participant of all the prolonged Chrysler K-Car household was required to have been the K-based (basically Y-dependent, the Y simply being one more variety of stretched K chassis) 1990-1993 Imperial. We have seen some critical Whorehouse Reddish colored interiors in this series- this ’80 Skylark, by way of example, or this ’83 Pulsar, or this 1993 Dynasty- but no vehicle interior this side of an Acapulco Golden-fragrant personalized van at any time came with as much screamin’ reddish colored velour as this Imperial.
It’s tough to think that this octogenarian-specific dreadnaught is descendent of the very small, practical Aries and Reliant K-Cars of a decade before.

Chrysler experienced time periods where the Imperial was an individual marque, but this age group was badged as a Chrysler. Eagle medallions are throughout this car. It’s in very nice condition, as befits a 120,457-mile California car. No oxidation, interior in a fit condition, body right. The only imperfections are some spots with shedding paint. No Mitsubishi engine with this car- you’re taking a look at a Chrysler-designed, 3.8 liter 60-education V6 on this page. 150 he wasn’t anything unique, but the car was pure Detroit.
Listing price for this car was $29,381, which had been about $49,000 in inflation-altered 2013 money. That’s about the exact same price as a base 1993 Acura Legend or a ’93 BMW 325i. Not too Imperial shoppers would have regarded as individuals cars.
